In keeping with the fun theme of “If you give a knitter...” which is inspired by the wonderful children’s books “If you give a mouse a cookie” these mitts were inspired by the book “If you give a dog a doughnut”. Fall is one of my favorite seasons. I love to see the leaves change and the air turns crisp. The scent of apples hangs in the air where I live as the tree’s in orchards near by become heavy with the fruit. Morning school drop off and evening walks crunching thru leaves just beckons for a pair of fingerless mitts to ward off the chill. The pattern features a little bit of lace and bobbles to mimic apples on a tree branch.
This listing is for the PDF pattern for these gloves not the actual gloves.
